Our Training Pathway

We offer a three-tiered training programme to ensure a progressive and in-depth understanding of LSP. Participants can take individual courses or bundle all three for a 25% discount. These courses are available year-round and do not need to be taken on consecutive days, offering complete flexibility for professionals.

Foundation Level: Introduction to LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

This one-day course serves as the entry point to LSP. Ideal for beginners, it covers the fundamentals of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and how it can be applied in professional settings.

Intermediate Level: Advanced Facilitation and Shared Models

This one-day course builds upon the foundation level of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, focusing on group facilitationshared model building, and collaborative problem-solving.

Pro Level: Mastering LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

The Pro Level course is for experienced facilitators who want to master LSP and apply it to complex business challengesorganisational transformation, and strategic visioning.

We offer training opportunities year-round across the country, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for all organisations. In addition to scheduled courses, we also provide in-house training, allowing us to come directly to your workplace or chosen location to deliver any of our programme levels. This means your team, along with any additional participants you wish to invite, can receive high-quality training tailored to your needs in a setting that suits you best. Foundation Level

Introduction and Application of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®

This one-day course serves as the entry point to LSP. Ideal for beginners, it covers the fundamentals of LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and how it can be applied in professional settings.
 
Aims:
  • To introduce participants to the principles, psychology, and applications of LSP.
  • To develop confidence in using LSP as a facilitation tool.
  • To provide hands-on experience with core LSP exercises.
Objectives:
  • Understand the origins and theory behind LSP.
  • Learn how to create open-ended prompts that stimulate creativity and problem-solving.
  • Gain experience with individual and shared model-building exercises.
  • Explore practical applications of LSP in business, education, and organisational development.

  • Two hours of 1-2-1 consultations from an LSP facilitator to aid in ideation and problem solving of session plans

  • To explore the power of collaborative model building.
  • To provide structured practice in leading LSP exercises.
Objectives:
  • Understand how shared models promote alignment and strategic thinking.
  • Gain hands-on experience with group facilitation techniques.
  • Learn how to manage complex group dynamics in an LSP session.
  • Develop the ability to use LSP for organisational change and leadership development.

Train the Trainer: LSP Facilitation Certification

For those who want to train others in LSP, our Train the Trainer course is designed to equip professionals with the skills to teach, mentor, and certify new LSP facilitators.

Our certification is about using our prior experience as well as knowledge and expertise in teaching and accreditation to give the confidence you have a suitable level of training and expertise to say you have gone through a process that has been verified by experiential use.

  • To prepare experienced facilitators to train and certify new LSP practitioners.
  • To deepen expertise in facilitation, coaching, and instructional design.
  • To refine assessment techniques for LSP proficiency.
