FACILITATION + TRAINING ~ We, as Facilitators, help groups of people to work together better, to understand their common goals, and plan how to achieve these objectives during meetings or discussions.
We, as Facilitators, help a group of people to work together better, to understand their common goals, and plan how to achieve these objectives during meetings or discussions. In doing so, us Facilitators remain "neutral", meaning we do not take a particular position in the discussion. We leave it to the experts to make the decisions.
Far too often, meetings fall into the ratio category of 80:20 which is normally counter-productive for the majority involved and often doesn’t reach a shared outcome. This is where 80 percent of the talking is done by 20 percent of the people. If a company truly wants to get the best from their whole team, then we would encourage 100:100 approach. Our teams are experts in facilitating meetings and workshops where all participants are engaged and have their contribution validated.
Benefits of 100:100 meetings are:-
v Increased Engagement and Collaboration
v Increased Accountability
v A Shared Sense of Purpose
v Opportunities for Personal Growth
Workshops and meetings are an essential way to keep a team synchronised and assist in the smooth running of initiatives. Whether you need to deliver material, collect feedback, or make decisions, there are many positive effects a Facilitator can assist in running your events or meetings.
What are the benefits of incorporating a Facilitator into your meetings?
Meetings can be a challenge to organise as well as costly in time and finances, so companies want to maximise productivity and achieve objectives. To facilitate an event well, our team will first understand your group's desired outcome, your company’s background and context of the meeting or event.
During the contracting process we will agree together what aspects of the preparation you want us to contribute to. We can design and plan the group method and select the tools that best help them advance towards their desired outcome.
During the sessions of meetings our Facilitators will guide and manage the group process to ensure that:
- There is active participation.
- Participants achieve a reciprocal understanding.
- That everyone’s contributions are considered and included in the ideas, solutions or decisions that emerge.
- Members take shared responsibility for the outcome.
- Ensure that outcomes, actions and questions are properly recorded and actioned, and appropriately dealt with afterwards.
- We will also feedback the outcomes of the meetings to the appropriate channels.
