“Vision without execution is delusion”
For the success of any size business, from Sole Traders to SMEs, it is vital that the employees and leadership fully understand, believe in, and commit to the vision of the Company. When internal stakeholders have a developed comprehension of the vision, it is much more likely that strong teams will emerge, and members will incorporate their individual values to that shared vision. This will encourage them to have a deeper sense of ownership, goal orientation and loyalty to the business. As a result of experiencing a greater sense of belonging, it will also enhance their contribution, as they feel part of a larger system trying to find solutions to a common goal. In addition to that, it will motivate them to offer new ideas and innovative ways to increase productivity as well as profits.
