Our staff are Coaches are accredited at Level 7 by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). They work closely with clients to help them reach they full potential. We listen, support, challenge, motivate and act as a cheerleader in helping our clients achieve their goals. Essentially, we as Coaches ask the right questions at the right time to enable the client to reach their own conclusions. We will never judge or advise because it is ultimately the client who answers their own questions and reaches their own decisions. We appreciate that every client is unique with their own set challenges to explore so each approach is tailored specifically to their needs. Our consultation process prior to contracting is non-committal, as we want to make sure that both parties are certain that moving forward is the right move. There is no Coach that is suited to every potential client.
The three main areas that we provide most of our Coaching for are Career Coaching – Life Coaching – SME Business Coaching.
Career coaching is referred to as Life Coaching, but we see it as being rather different and specifically focused. We aim to help individuals get to where they want to be in their career – sometimes it is about making a substantial career change or discovering a role that fits around personal circumstances or responsibilities. It goes without saying that we all want a job that gets us excited, and as your Career Coach we assist our clients in creating a plan and set credible, quantifiable goals to help them get to where they want to be in the near future.

Life coaching is and opportunity to grow and a wonderful step forward for individuals confronting setbacks in their life, whether it be with personal development, work-life balance or lack of drive. In difficult times seeing where you are going can be difficult, so one of our first priorities as your Coach is to help clients gain clarity, and help them to understand what is holding them back. Following that we then assist people develop and put their strategies into place to make positive actions towards improvements.
As Life Coaches, we assist individuals in their own development of self-empowerment, being happier, reaching specific goals and regaining focus. We believe that everything you want to be is already within you, but you just need to be guided for a short duration of time to be supported and helped to see things from a fresh perspective. This coaching process will help you highlight your key strengths and talents and rebuild confidence.
